The Artist

Why do you create? I want to make people stop and smile for a moment. Sometimes even think. And in some cases, it might happen, that some feels connected to my picture and a real relationship is build. :)
How do you work? I sketch, both on paper and digital. Mostly I go on digitally.
Has your creative process changed over time, if so, how? I used to work more traditionally. Over the years I discovered the many ways and opportunities to work with a wacom cintiq.
Do you consider yourself a full-time or part-time artist? Full time. Used to be grafikdesigner before. I also illustrate childrens books.
Besides creating, where else do you spend your time? I'm a mum since last year. We have a cure, exhausting, and beautiful dog.
What inspires you? Musik. Nature. Thoughts. sometimes little things in everyday life. The way someone looks. Sometimes artwork from others.
What is the first piece of art you remember creating? Drawings on the walls of the house that my parents were renovating! Before they did the walls. So it didnt stay there for long ;)
What does the term art mean to you? Freedom. Meaning.
